Max Factor Masterpiece Mascara grants you Intense and Radiant Eyes

The commercial being reviewed is about the Masterpiece Mascara that is sold at HARPER’s Bazaar. The Max Factor advert starts off with a Japanese model revealing her face behind the traditional Japanese fan. Her eyes are being shown to be very intense and radiate a sparkle. She then opens them back and stares right into the camera. An eyeliner flashes on the screen where the words HARPER’S Bazaar are revealed. It flashes backwards and this time has a lipstick to its left with the words MAXFACTOR MASTERPIECE MASCARA flashing to the extreme left along with a quotation “so much better than the rest”. The next shot streams a divided screen where the whiskers of two hair brushes are being rubbed on by different hands. On the left, the traditional brush is shows and the Breakthrough iFX brush is shown to the right.

The next shot again shows the Japanese model from a close up with her eyelashes coming full circle and completely brightened. She turns sideways and shows off her glittering gaze again. The same eyeliner flashes on the screen sweeping through it and displays the words HARPER’S Bazaar with other words flashing and disappearing from the screen. The eyeliner and the lipstick flash for one final time with the words MAX FACTOR MASTERPIECE MASCARA to their left. The name of the company ‘MaXfactor’ is flashed at the end with the ‘X’ being drawn from through the Mascara. The tagline is ‘Make-up for the Make-up artists’. The commercial highlights the glittering effect that the Mascara has on the eyes of a woman very effectively.
