Dolce & Gabbana The One Advert featuring Gisele Bundchen
In the world of fragrances and perfumes there is a name, a brand, and a reputation that Dolce & Gabbana (D&G) has, has built and carries. In the world of fashion similar is the status enjoyed by Gisele Bundchen, the Brazilian super model.
The essence of D&G and Gisele Bundchen comes across quite vividly in the TellyAds advertisement that features the latter in promoting the former’s fragrance, the One.
The advert starts by showing Gisele Bundchen relaxing on a chair in the green room right in front of the dressing mirror. She moves around sitting on the chair, kind of adores herself and picks the bottle of the One and applies the fragrance around her neck and all.
The cameramen waiting outside are getting absolutely impatient and can’t wait for Gisele Bundchen anymore. She gets all the help in getting ready for taking the world by storm. She gets her sunglasses on, she (is made to) smiles and is all set to appear for the crazy and impatient cameramen. She comes out and walks like perhaps only she can. She is sexy and she is confident, something that comes across too obviously and effortlessly from the advert. The D&G The One Eau de Parfum also promises to do the same for you. But in the whole half a minute of the advert you get the feeling that the ad makers are somewhat getting over the top. Quite true to the name of the fragrance, the maker and the featured model are definitely the One but as far as the advert is concerned, at the best it only tries to come close to be the One.
