The gorgeous Canadian model, Coco Rocha, perfectly carries the bold & beautiful form of the perfume.
The commercial opens with an alluring appearance of the model. The attitude, passion, glamour and appeal is visible everywhere: in her eyes, lips, gait and of course her expressions. The way she writes elle on the air is simply amazing. All the other audience in the advert look much overshadowed by the pretty Elle lady. Do you understand it now? This state of mind is created by such magical adverts that do not require much explanation.
The background music goes well with Coca’s body language and the female voice simply says the obvious: Elle…. The new fragrance….. However, I’m sure that ad would be as influential without the voice as it is now. The seductive and enchanting body language of the Canadian lady is exclusively captivating.
Anybody watching the ad will perceive the product as a gorgeous yet intrepid fragrance. All in all, it is a charming advert, which successfully conveys its purpose and greatly helps to market the Yves Saint Laurent (YSL) Elle Eau de Parfum. Nonetheless, it gives a useful marketing tip. What’s it? Some products just need a dominant representation to impress (and attract) the target market.
